SOCIAL CONTRIBUTION AND ENVIRONMENT The “Maria Tsakos” Public Benefit Foundation–International Centre for Maritime Research and Tradition was founded in 2008 with the aim of promoting research, technology and study of Greek and international shipping and maritime culture, as well as promoting and upgrading maritime education and tradition, and the protection of marine environment.
